Due to the nature of our products, we’re unfortunately unable to accept any returns of food items that have been ordered. Although we strive to exceed in offering quality produce and services, should our products not meet your expectations, and you have any concerns regarding the items delivered or collected, please contact us within 14 days from the date of your delivery or collection and we will help as much as possible to resolve the situation. Following this, you may then be eligible for a refund in the original form of payment, a replacement item (identical or different), or a store credit voucher.
